About Stu: music, yoga, Parry charity, spirituality & non-profit.
In a word I'm a "passionate" person.
Passionate about life: not just Women but friendships, God, religion, spirituality, animals, plants, cultures & movement, I love movement in its many forms.
I have been blessed with talents & skills to appreciate all these things but my biggest blessing is my musical ear … or should that be ears ?
These passions have led me to pursue dancing, martial arts & yoga (I have practiced yoga for 15 years & ran my own yoga school for a few years), but in the back of my mind there has always been my "mission".
As a young child I had a direct communication to God, generally I would ask for help because I was usually in trouble.
When I was 12 years old I received "instructions" which were to simply help unfortunate children.
I now realize that all these various skills I have acquired will play a part in how I perform my mission.
I qualified to be a schoolteacher in order to understand the national system of education, so with this added knowledge I want to run my own school for unfortunate/deprived kids but with a more holistic & practical approach.
This requires a vast amount of money & power! Music is the vehicle to provide that, hence I write songs from my heart in order to communicate to other souls.
I believe that our capitalist economy is simply an extension of our animal roots; the law of the jungle i.e. the strong survive.
WE are striving to
be better than animals, more humane.
"The human solution is a divine evolution". This message of love is nothing new; all religions in their essence speak of this. By giving love you do get something back, but it is not measured in dollars, and is therefore priceless.
This is why I donate all profits to charity. Most charities are a deserving cause, but the Parry Charitable Foundation is very unusual, it
has no administration cost, which means each penny you donate actually goes to the kids. (With most charities about 70% of the donation goes on administration).
